About Richard Engineering
Richard Engineering was started by Mitchell Schaefer, a young engineer with
a passion for cars and the LS platform.
Everything from Richard Engineering is proudly made in Wisconsin from high
quality materials and shipped from the warehouse straight to you.
The goal at Richard Engineering is to provide high quality parts for any LS application
at an affordable price point.
For now, the product line will be focused on the LS platform but we at Richard
Engineering hope to expand into other platforms in the future.
Research and Development
Every product from Richard Engineering is designed in house and goes through an extensive testing process on The Owne's own 86' C10.
Material Salection
All components are made from high quality billet 6061 aluminum.
Amarican made, zinc plated hardware.
Some components are anodized for corrosion protection and a pop of color.
What is Anodize?
Anodize is an electrolytic passivation process used to increase the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the surface of aluminum. This increases the scratch and corrosion resistence while also adding color.
